Bayou Tuna Sandwich
- 3/4 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 12 each tuna steaks (4 oz. each)
- 12 each croissants, split
- 12 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 6 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Mix mustard, mayonnaise and seasoning until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Grill tuna 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 croissant with 2 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; fill with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tuna steak and 3 tomato slices.
