Bayou Tuna Sandwich

  1. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and seasoning until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  3. Grill tuna 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  4. For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 croissant with 2 Tbsp.
  5. of the mustard mixture; fill with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tuna steak and 3 tomato slices.
