Mrs. Russell's Pizza Dough

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water;.
  2. Add oil and salt.
  3. Mix in flour.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Knead for 10 minutes.
  6. Let rise until double in size.
  7. Pat in greased pans.
  8. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 425* oven.
  10. Makes 3 to 4 pizza crusts.
