Horse's Neck Recipe

• 1 horses neck spiral of orange peel
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 4 ounces cold ginger ale

1. Drape the spiral around several ice cubes in a highball glass, and allow some excess peel to hang over the edge of the glass, simulating a horses neck.
2. Add the bourbon and ginger ale.
