Mom's Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can fruit with juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- Serves 6.
- Heat butter in 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, and lowfat milk together.
- Pour into pan over butter.
- Add in fruit and juice.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
