Creamy Garlic & Herb Pasta
- 1 lb. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cut up
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup assorted chopped fresh herbs such as: parsley, basil, chives, mint, dill, oregano and rosemary
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until tender.
- Add cream cheese and broth; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally with whisk.
- Stir in herbs.
- Toss hot cooked pasta with sauce, Parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
