Cajun Spiced Pecans Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 c. Pecan halves
- 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Powdered Chile
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add in the pecans and saute/fry till lightly browned, about 3 min.
- Add in the brown sugar and cook till caramelized.
- Stir in the paprika, chile pwdr and cumin.
- Add in the vinegar and cook till all the liquid has evaporated.
- Season with salt.
- Spread the pecans on a cookie sheet and bake in an oven till crisp, about 3 to 5 min.
