Meatless Spicy Chik'n Pita
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Cucumber Ranch Dressing
- 1 cooked BOCA Spicy Chikn Veggie Patty, cut in half
- 1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Mix carrots and cucumbers with dressing.
- Stuff 1/2 BOCA Meatless Spicy Chik'n Patty in each pita half along with 1/2 of the carrot-cucumber mixture.
- Enjoy blueberries for dessert.
- Serve a glass of water with the meal.
