Indian Lentils

  1. fry chopped onion and oil till onions are translucent.
  2. add ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, turmerics, lentils, water, and tomatoes.
  3. cook 3 minutes.
  4. put in pressure cooker.
  5. after 5 whistles turn off cook.
  6. add celantro.
  7. cool 5 minutes.
  8. serve in fancy bowls.
