Fresas Al Rompope - Strawberries and Eggnog

  1. Clean the strawberries but keep out the freshest for a garnish.
  2. Place the rest on a platter.
  3. Coat them with granulated sugar and refrigerate them for an hour.
  4. Whip the cream.
  5. When thickened, add the powdered sugar and the egg-nog.
  6. With a wooden spoon mix well and pour the sauce over the strawberries.
  7. Garnish with the fresh strawberries kept apart.
  8. Refrigerate before serving.
