Nutty Maple Granola
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cups Raw Almonds, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a medium baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix oatmeal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt together in a medium bowl.
- Add oil and maple syrup and stir until completely mixed.
- Spread mixture in an even layer in pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Crumble and enjoy!
