Greek Fetish Burgers

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a big bowl until incorporated.
  2. Shape into 12 burgers about 1/2 thick and about 6 inches in diameter.
  3. Place burgers on a medium-high grill (or a skillet) and cook for 4-6 minutes (3-4 minutes on each side) until cooked through.
  4. (Note: heat temperatures, thickness of burgers etc.
  5. can effect cooking time.)
  6. Top with a mixture of mesclun mix, feta and red peppers that have been tossed in olive oil and red wine vinegar and a big dollop of tzatziki!
  7. OPA!
