Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray like pam.
  3. Add honey, agave nectar, or sugar.
  4. pour (glop really) into the pan.
  5. bake for about 22 minutes till the edges brown and come away from the pan.
  6. let cool.
  7. remove from pan.
  8. cut into six bars 2 bars per serving.
  9. bag into individual servings and refrigerate.

oatmeal, nonfat dry milk powder, unsweetened applesauce, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts
