Thai Pork With Garlic And Black Pepper Recipe
- 3 tbsp. peanut or possibly vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp. peeled & finely minced garlic
- 1 pound boneless pork roast, butt or possibly loin, very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Thai fish sauce or possibly 2 tbsp. soy sauce + 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly grnd black pepper or possibly more if you like
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh coriander stems (opt.)
- Heat a wok or possibly pan and add in the oil.
- Saute/fry the garlic for a moment and add in the pork.
- Cook for 3 to 5 min (on medium heat) and then add in the remaining ingredients.
- Stir for 2 min and serve with rice.
