chocolate oatmeal muffins

• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 1/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup chocolate shavings

1. pre-heat oven at 350' put cupcake liners in cupcake tin, mix together flour, sugar and baking powder add milk eggs, vanilla, oatmeal and chocolate shavings.
2. Mix well fill liners halfway full, Bake for 15 minutes test with toothpick to check if done, let cool for 5 minutes then frost if wanted!
