Bonito with Ginger

  1. Pat dry the fish with paper towels and cut into 1cm pieces.
  2. Mix the ingredient and soak the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan with oil and fry the fish on both sides.
  4. When it's cooked through, sprinkle scallions and bonito flakes on top and enjoy!
