Shredded Pork Lettuce Wraps
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Italian Dressing
- 2 cups shredded cooked pork roast
- 2 Tbsp. each: chopped cilantro and fresh basil
- 1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- 2 cups diagonally sliced green onion pieces (1-inch)
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped
- 12 iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
- Pour dressing over pork in large nonmetal bowl; toss to coat.
- Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the pork mixture onto bottom half of each lettuce leaf; fold opposite sides of lettuce leaf over filling, then roll up.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
