Shredded Pork Lettuce Wraps

  1. Pour dressing over pork in large nonmetal bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly.
  3. Spoon 1/3 cup of the pork mixture onto bottom half of each lettuce leaf; fold opposite sides of lettuce leaf over filling, then roll up.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
