Cranberry Salad
- 1 pkg. fresh cranberries chopped in food processor.
- 1 cup (225 ml) crushed pinapple
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
- 1 - 16 oz (448 grm). cool whip
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) marshmallows
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a food processoor the night before and store in refrigerator.
- Add cool whip and marshmellows.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
