Chicken in Sweet and Sour Cranberry Sauce

  1. PAN FRY CHICKEN
  2. with oil pan grill chicken till lightly brown for about 5 minute both side then drain
  3. BAKE IT
  4. put chicken with sweet and sour cranberry sauce at 200 C for 20 minute lightly cover top with foil
  5. baste with sauce then turn chicken over and bake further another 10 minute cover top
  6. lastly uncover and baste with sauce and bake for another 10 minute then off heat and serve

oil, sherry wine vineger, cranberry, tomato sauce, heinz chili sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar
