Ham gravy
- Ham cooked juice's
- 1 stick of butter half cup of all purpose flour more
- 4 to 6 cups of whole milk salt and ground pepper
- In the pan that the ham was cooked in or use bacon grease if don't have cooked ham juice add the butter once melted add 1/2 cup of the flower and whisk to combined continue adding flower whisking constantly until a smooth past is achieved cook the roux on medium heat until you get a nice deep golen color about 3 minutes add the milk whisking the whole time to prevent lumps forming cook until thick and season to tast
