Chicken Fried Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. chops with meat pounder to 1/2 inch.
  3. Mix Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  4. Dip meat in egg mix, then in crumbs.
  5. Brown on both sides in warm fat.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Add in water.
  8. Cover and cook over low heat 45-60 min.
  9. Lift chops occasionally to prevent sticking.
  10. For crisp coating, remove cover last 15 min.
