Savory Pot Roast

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place meat in shallow foil-lined pan; surround with vegetables.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over meat and vegetables.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake 2 hours or until meat is done (160 degrees F).
  6. Slice meat.
  7. Serve with vegetables and pan gravy.
