Baked Mini Corn Cobs With Chilli Butter Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas mark 7.
  2. Place the corn cobs on a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
  3. Butter them generously, sprinkle over the refrigerateand season well.
  4. Seal the foil around the corn cobs and bake for 45-50 min, till tender.
  5. NOTES : A quick and simple snack idea with a spicy note.
