Banana and Coconut Soup

  1. Puree the bananas in food processor.
  2. Mix with chicken stock.
  3. Pass through fine mesh sieve or use stick blender.
  4. Saute the onion and pepper until the onion is translucent.
  5. Add everything together and heat, but do NOT boil.
  6. Serve hot with croutons.
  7. Garnish as you please, fresh parsley would be nice.
