breakfast skillet
- 6 each eggs
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- 2 cup leftover fried taters
- 1 packages crescent rolls
- preheat oven to 350F
- place sausage in skillet and press down until over bottom of skillet {note dont use a stainless still or nonskillet wanna use a cast iron or basic skillet that is naturally nonstick if ya will see in pic}
- beat eggs very well and add pepper for taste
- pour eggs over sausage mixture
- now add taters to eggs spreading over mixture wont see much tater as egg covers it
- now add cheese and spread over mixture evenly
- open crecent rolls trying to go around in circle and covering the mixture up
- bake for about 25 minutes on 350F
