Chipotle-Apricot Cream Cheese Spread

• 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
• 1/2 cup apricot jam
• 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• Ritz Crackers

1. Spread cream cheese product onto bottom of pie plate.
2. Cook jam, peppers and water in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 min.
3. or until jam is melted, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in onions; spread over cream cheese.
5. Serve with crackers.
