Salsa - Mexican Style

  1. boil water in large pot.
  2. when almost boiling add all ingredients.
  3. let come to a boil.
  4. boil for 10 (ten) minutes.
  5. take out of water and immediately place in blender/food processor.
  6. blend to consistency you like (add some of the used water to thin out).
  7. feel free to add some onion & cilantro if you like.
