Loaded Vegetable Chicken Soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 28 ounces tomatoes, canned, crushed undrained
- 16 ounces tomatoes, canned diced, undrained
- 10 ounces tomatoes, canned diced with green chiles, undrained
- 1 small onions chopped
- 3 small carrots sliced
- 3 each celery stalks sliced
- 1 each garlic cloves minced
- 4 cups chicken cooked
- 1 small zucchini diced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 each chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 cup water
- Bring first 8 ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
- Stir in chicken and next 5 ingredients.
- Stir together flour and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
- Stir in chicken mixture, and bring to a boil.
