Peanut Butter Parfaits

  1. In a medium bowl combine first three ingredients.
  2. Spoon half the mixture into 4 parfait glasses.
  3. Top each with 2 TB cereal, then 1/2 of the fruit.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Garnish with mint, if desired.
