Soy Pulp Banana Cookies

  1. In a bowl while mashing it up, mix the soy pulp and the banana well.
  2. Once it's done, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170C (340F).
  4. Cut the dough and line up on a baking sheet and bake at 170C (340F) for 30 minutes
  5. If you prefer them crisp, microwave (500w) on each side for one minute.
  6. Failed example You know the heat of your oven, so make sure to check on them while baking.
  7. If you over-bake them, they will burn.
