Soy Pulp Banana Cookies
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 2 bananas Banana
- In a bowl while mashing it up, mix the soy pulp and the banana well.
- Once it's done, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 170C (340F).
- Cut the dough and line up on a baking sheet and bake at 170C (340F) for 30 minutes
- If you prefer them crisp, microwave (500w) on each side for one minute.
- Failed example You know the heat of your oven, so make sure to check on them while baking.
- If you over-bake them, they will burn.
