Tostada Bake Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. green pepper (minced)
- 1/2 c. onion (minced)
- 1/2 c. green olives (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (15 3/4 ounce.) chili warm beans
- 1 c. crushed (slightly) corn chips
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Brown beef, green pepper and onion.
- Drain.
- Add in olives and seasoning.
- Layer meat mix in shallow ovenproof casserole.
- Spoon lowfat sour cream over meat.
- Spoon beans over lowfat sour cream.
- Sprinkle with corn chips then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Serve plain or possibly over shredded lettuce or possibly warm rice.
- Good with tomato and avocado salad vinaigrette.
- Serve 6 to 8.
