Chicken Thingies
- 8 ounces, weight Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Seasoning (Ranch Dressing, Golden Vegetable Soup, Etc.)
- 1 box (about 11 Oz. Size) Puff Pastry
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F .
- Cook the chicken (you can use chicken thats already cooked).
- I either boil it or cook it in the oven.
- Let it cool until you are able to shred it.
- Combine chicken, cream cheese and seasoning in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into triangles.
- Put a tablespoon of the chicken/cream cheese mix in each triangle.
- Gather the points of the triangle and pinch each seam shut, as well as the top.
- Place on a baking tray and cook 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
