Company Pan Chicken

  1. Place chicken pieces in 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix soups and sherry.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered at 325* for 2 hours.
  5. About 20 minutes before cooking time is up sprinkle with cheese.
