Fettuccine with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce (For One!)
- 1/2 cups Green Beans (mine Were Frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Fettuccine

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Thaw green beans if frozen, pat dry, and toss with olive oil.
- Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until toasty and blistered looking.

- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small pot over medium heat.
- Add flour and let cook for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and gradually stir in the milk, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes, or until thickened.

- Add both cheeses to the sauce and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Allow cheese to melt, then toss in the cooked pasta and roasted green beans.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with more cheese, if desired.
