Apple Bavarian
- 12 cup margarine
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 12 cup sour cream
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Crust:.
- Mix well and press in a 9-inch square pan.
- Filling:.
- Blend together; pour over crust.
- Topping:.
- Spread on pie filling; sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top.
- Bake at 450* 10 minutes, then 375* for 30 minutes.
