Fijan Baked Fish

  1. Place the fish in a buttered fireproof dish.
  2. Mix the onion, cheese, salt and pepper into the tomato puree and pour over the fish.
  3. Bake at 350* until the fish is cooked.
  4. ( A good rule is to cook the fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  5. ).
  6. Garnish with the parsley.
