Trim Fried Chicken Recipe
- 1 skinless fryer, cut up
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- Fried chicken seasoning
- Non-stick vegetable cooking spray
- Spray non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
- Sprinkle chicken liberally with fried chicken seasoning and brown well in skillet over medium high heat.
- Add in bouillon to water (sufficient to cover bottom of skillet 1/8" deep).
- Pour into skillet.
- Cover and simmer over low heat till tender.
- Remove lid and cook till skillet is dry, turning chicken often to coat with juice as it thickens and dries.
