Crook Pot Ham hocks and Cabbage

  1. Cook the ham hocks in chicken stock on high for 2-3 hours.
  2. You can a little water also.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Once the meat is tender and falling off the bone, its time to add the cabbage.
  5. Cut the cabbage into small chunks or slices and rinse.
  6. Slowly add the cabbage into the crock pot and stir.
  7. You can add more cabbage once it begins to cook done.
  8. Stir cabbage every hour until cabbage is tender.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Add some crush red peppers and Enjoy!
