Pina Colada Gelatin Pops

  1. Stir boiling water into combined dry gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Pour evenly into paper cups.
  5. Freeze 2 hours or until almost firm.
  6. Insert pop stick into center of each cup.
  7. Freeze an additional 3 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. To release frozen pop from cup, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 sec.
  9. Press the bottom of the cup firmly to release the pop.
  10. (Do not twist or pull on the stick.)
  11. Store leftover pops in freezer up to 2 weeks.
