Pork with Noodles & Snow Pea Slaw
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. finely minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless pork chops, cut into strips
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) vermicelli rice noodles, uncooked
- 6 oz. (170 g) snow peas, blanched, cut in half
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
- Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour 1/4 cup over meat in shallow dish.
- Stir.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- to marinate.
- Meanwhile, pour enough boiling water over noodles to completely cover; stir.
- Let stand 2 to 3 min.
- or until softened; drain.
- Rinse noodles with cold water; toss with vegetables in large bowl.
- Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over noodle mixture topped with remaining dressing mixture.
