Pork with Noodles & Snow Pea Slaw

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour 1/4 cup over meat in shallow dish.
  2. Stir.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, pour enough boiling water over noodles to completely cover; stir.
  6. Let stand 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until softened; drain.
  8. Rinse noodles with cold water; toss with vegetables in large bowl.
  9. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  10. Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
  11. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  12. Serve over noodle mixture topped with remaining dressing mixture.
