Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

• 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
• 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
• 2 lb. small red potatoes (about 8), quartered Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss lightly.
4. Spoon into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
5. Bake 55 min.
6. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min.
7. Top with parsley.
