Lavenderita

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Place the lavender bud in the base of a cocktail shaker and smash with the flat end of a bar spoon.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Fill with cubed ice and shake well.
  5. Double strain into th eMartini glass.
  6. Float a sprig of lavender on top and serve.
