My Family's Hamburger Steak Sauce

• 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
• 2 tbsp Red wine
• 5 grams Butter
• 1 pinch Sugar

1. Once the hamburgers are cooked, pour the red wine into the frying pan.
2. Once it starts to simmer, add the ingredients and quickly simmer.
3. Caesar Salad
4. Mushroom Quiche
5. Penne with Spring Vegetables
