Ajus
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 whole carrots
- 1 bunch of celery
- 3 green bell peppers
- 2 cup parsley and cilantro stems
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef base
- 1/2 cup lea perri
- 4 tbsp salt
- heat olive oil add onion, celery, pepper,carrots, parsley and cilantro stemslet caramelized, dot burn it.
- once is caramelized add garlic cooked for 1 minute.
- add red wine.
- add beef base with 3 gallons of water and lea perri and salt.
- let boil about for 4 hours keeep adding water every time it lows down.
- if you want you can add a little of prime rib meat but not the fat(optional)
