Ajus

  1. heat olive oil add onion, celery, pepper,carrots, parsley and cilantro stemslet caramelized, dot burn it.
  2. once is caramelized add garlic cooked for 1 minute.
  3. add red wine.
  4. add beef base with 3 gallons of water and lea perri and salt.
  5. let boil about for 4 hours keeep adding water every time it lows down.
  6. if you want you can add a little of prime rib meat but not the fat(optional)
