Beer Rocks / Bierocks

  1. Fry beef, cabbage and onions.
  2. Add seasonings.
  3. Let filling cool.
  4. Roll out each bread roll, into approx 7 inch round.
  5. Place filling in middle and seal well.
  6. Place on baking sheet, sprayed with veggie cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes, until browned.
