Microwaved French Toast for One

• 1 Tbsp. Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup crusty white bread cubes (1/2 inch)

1. Mix cream cheese product and egg in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
3. Stir in bread until evenly coated.
4. Spoon into microwaveable mug or small bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
6. or until centre is set.
