Beef And Sausage Loaf- Crockpot

• 1 pound ground beef
• 4 ounces mushrooms with liquid
• 1/2 pound sausage
• 1 each eggs beaten
• 2 cups bread crumbs soft
• 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
• 3/4 cups celery about 2 stalks
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce

1. Mix all together in a large bowl.
2. Shape, rounding the top.
3. Place in crockpot.
4. Cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hrs.
