Grilled Salsa Melts
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 baguette (350 g), cut diagonally into 20 slices
- 10 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices, cut diagonally in half
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Cover half of barbecue grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil.
- Grill bread slices on uncovered side 30 sec.
- to 1 min.
- or until bottoms are golden brown.
- Turn bread slices over and place on foil-covered grate.
- Top with cheese, then tomato mixture.
- Grill 3 to 4 min.
- or until cheese is melted and topping is heated through.
