Chicken Oriental
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cut up chicken, cooked
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. sesame seed
- Rinse pea pods.
- Mix pea pods, soup, milk, chicken, onions, celery and chestnuts in a 3-quart saucepan.
- Boil and continue stirring.
- Keep warm.
- Mix Bisquick, water and soy sauce until dough-like (20 vigorous strokes).
- Roll dough and cut into squares. Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with squares and spread with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 425u0b0 (or until golden brown).
