Spicy Green Beans with Ground Turkey

  2. In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat.
  3. Once its hot add garlic, ginger, scallions and dried chilies.
  4. Heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. Add ground turkey and fry for 3 minutes, breaking up the meat while you fry it.
  7. Add beans, wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir to combine.
  8. Raise heat up to high.
  9. Add 2 tablespoons of water, put the lid on the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 8 minutes.
  10. Shake the pan occasionally with the lid on so the meat doesnt burn.
  11. 3.
  12. Sprinkle fresh red chili peppers on top to serve.
  13. Note: Dried chilies look like shrivelled-up versions of whole red chilies.
