Spicy Green Beans with Ground Turkey
- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 piece Ginger, About 4-inches, Finely Chopped
- 4 whole Scallions, Chopped
- 14 pieces Dried Chili, Left Whole
- 7 ounces, weight Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
- 3/4 pounds, 2-18 ounces, weight Green Beans, Stems Removed And Cut Into 6cm Segments
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 whole Chilli Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Thinly Sliced

- In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat.
- Once its hot add garlic, ginger, scallions and dried chilies.
- Heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 2.
- Add ground turkey and fry for 3 minutes, breaking up the meat while you fry it.
- Add beans, wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir to combine.
- Raise heat up to high.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water, put the lid on the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Shake the pan occasionally with the lid on so the meat doesnt burn.

- Sprinkle fresh red chili peppers on top to serve.
- Note: Dried chilies look like shrivelled-up versions of whole red chilies.
