Pasta's Cheese Meatloaf
- 1 MEALOAF
- 3 slice soft bread cubed
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Ground Lean Pork
- 1 each Egg Yolk
- 1/4 cup Minced Onion
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 each Cheese filling (below)
- 1 CHEESE FILLING
- 1 each Egg White
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 slice White Bread cubed small
- 6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Stir together meatloaf bread and milk.
- Mix in remaining ingredients except cheese filling.
- MAKE CHEESE FILLING.....
- Combine egg white and water; toss lightly with bread cubes and cheese.
- Pat one half of meat mixture into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- Cover with cheese filling.
- Top with remaining half of meat mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour 30 min.
- (Let cool for 5 min before removing and slicing)
